The ESE Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with Media Management reflects the dynamics of the fast-paced evolution of communication technologies and media industries creating an intense course, which equips its graduates with the professional skills and academic knowledge needed to successfully analyse the internal and external communications of an organisation and formulate and execute effective and beneficial strategies and their management through contemporary media channels.

A new generation of innovative managers able to respond to the daily demands and challenges of organizational communication and media management are developed, who are trained in cutting-edge media and communication theories and are prepared to enter leadership roles in advertising, public relations, computer-mediated communication, marketing and journalism, among others.

 

Graduates of the ESE BA possess strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills enabling them to eliminate with confidence communication barriers found within and between organizations, with customers and across cultures.
