Phase Three:
All students will complete a three month internship at a company equivalent to a 15-credit module.

Phase Four: Final Dissertation
Once the students have completed the three phases listed above they will concentrate on their dissertation. The dissertation is worth 15 ECTS credits and will require at least 375 hours of individual study under the supervision of one tutor.
The primary objective of the dissertation is the development of a conceptual framework this subsequently applied to a practical (international) management problem. The the-sis will therefore contain two elements: knowledge (theory) and practice (application).

The rationale for the end-of-study is to expose students to a business environment and provide them with the opportunity to apply theory to practical problems relevant to their specialization. The thesis should relate to the subjects covered within the pro-gram, possibly to the major studies and address a practical management problem with an international business focus.ESE’s mission is to empower students to become leaders in a global economy. We strive to provide future entrepreneurs with a comprehensive academic foundation, and with the skills and experience needed to succeed in a changing international market-place.
The Master’s Degree is aimed at aspiring fund managers and professional investment analysts, and examines the principles of financing and investment decisions and their impact across a broad range of contemporary management concerns.
